Why a Value Map?
With the Value Map you can solely concentrate your service and product offering. Start putting down ideas what you are able to offer or would like to offer. Then think which gains you want to create for the customer. Also include how you want to reflief customer's pain.
How do I do this?
This is Alex’s step-by-step process:
1. Write your ideas on our Stattys Notes XS or S and place the notes on your Value Map.
2. Prioritize your ideas.
3. Test your assumptions about the customer, meaning, "get out of the building" (as per Steve Blank).
4. Pivot and improve your assumptions from newly gathered insights.
5. Change values and benefit propositions according to your new findings.
What is it?
The Value Maps are available in English and German in different sizes. The Value Maps are reusable, when you write your ideas on our Stattys Notes.
The two last items on this offering include both the Customer Profiles and Value Maps in size A4. These are ideal for quick exercises for large audiences. Use these together with Stattys Notes XS.
