Value Proposition - Customer Profile without trigger questions
Why a Value Proposition Customer Profile?
With the Customer Profile you can and should concentrate solely on the customer. What are the jobs that the customer needs to get done? What are customers pains? What gains could the customer be interested?
How do I do this?
This is Alex’s step-by-step process:
1. Write your ideas on our Stattys Notes XS or S and place the notes on your Customer Profile.
2. Prioritize your ideas.
3. Test your assumptions about the customer, meaning, "get out of the building" (as per Steve Blank).
4. Pivot and improve your assumptions from newly gathered insights.
5. Change values and benefit propositions according to your new findings.
What is it?
The Customer Profiles are available in English and German in different sizes. The Customer Profiles are reusable, when you write your ideas on our Stattys Notes.
The two last items on this offering include both the Customer Profiles and Value Maps in size A4. These are ideal for quick exercises for large audiences. Use these together with Stattys Notes XS.
