Playing Lean simulates the experience of launching a successful product into a board game that can be played in 90 minutes. Along the way, players will learn the core concepts and vocabulary of the Lean Startup. And they will remember it because they have experienced it.
What is Playing Lean?
Playing Lean is the board game that teaches innovation and Lean Startup in just 90 minutes. It´s a fun and engaging game for 2 to 12 players.
This game is perfect for yours startup, consultancy or corporation. Remember, entrepreneurs are everywhere! In the game, players have to do experiments to reveal the preferences of their potential customers. Teams iterate over their prodct by buelding and removing features and try to sell to ever bigger customer segments. Players feel the pressure of inadequate resources, unexpected experiment results and how small margins can be between winning the market and losing to the competition.
