How to use Personal Kanban Board?
In a nutshell you follow these rules:
- write down every task on Stattys Notes XS and collect them to the backlog in the left column
- pull, i.e. slide, the most important tasks on Stattys to the column "Doing" in the middle, but limit your multitasking challange to a maximum of five tasks
- start with the first task immediately and feel the satisfaction, when you slide the completed task to the "Done" column on the right
- pull the next important task in Doing and repeat the steps
