Empathy Map Large (paper version)

How do your customers think and act? XPLANE, the Visual Business Design Thinking Company, has developed an ingenious yet so simple planner, the "Empathy Map". This map is ideal for developing fast customer profiles, either alone or in small teams.

You place the Empathy Map on the wall or a whiteboard. For this, we recommend our Washi Tape. You then write your topic points on Stattys Notes S or M and decide at the end of your session which points are relevant for you. Your other points on Stattys Notes you can simply slide next to the Map or remove completely. The Empathy Map is reusable if you use Stattys Notes for all your topic points and makes it more sustainable.

This is a large paper version Empathy Map, developed by XPLANE and our friend Dave Gray. It provides a visual and systematic way to determine what the customer or target group thinks, sees, says, does, feel and hears about a product, idea, or accomplishment.

It is 120 x 80 cm and printed 170 g/m² paper.
